Progress not Perfection

So these past 2 weeks the scale has been going the wrong way and I ended up gaining 1 pound. Instead of getting upset or stress I decided to do something about it. During my Weight Watchers meeting I decided to make a list of things that I wanted/needed to change to see the scale go the right way. Here is my list:

-ask for help
-workout twice a day
-track everything
-NO EXCUSES
-more fruits less bread
-cook more for myself
-when I want to eat something- do something else (like homework)
-walk outside
-try new recipes
-positive thinking
-take the stairs
-reward myself outside of weight loss
-drink 32oz/more water
-pack lunch-healthy snacks
