Alright, as if you cannot tell, I quit the 30 day shred after only the 10th day....... JUST SAD!!!!!
Even though I only did it for 10 days I did lose 4inches (hey now!). So I have decided to restarted for the month of December. So starting tomorrow me and Jillian will be bffs again.
So I know you all missed me, well I am back at it....
