Day 5 of 30 day Shred

I am waiting for this workout to get easier!!!!!  But I have completed day 5 and trust it was a struggle.

I had a long busy day today.  I drove about 6 hours then went to a conference and didn't have time to do the workout until 11pm.  CRAZINESS!!!!

Anyways, so I decided that I will join another challenge called "Walking in the Winter ONEderland"  which is a challenge to get in the the 100's by Dec. 31.  I think I can do it, I just have to really stick to my workout plan and especially my diet.  I think I may start this no carbs thing tomorrow.

Motivation for today:  This is what I am thinking whenever I am working out but instead of a size 2 I am thinking more of a size 10 lol
