Operation Beautiful

While I was on the treadmill at my gym the Lady who started Operation Beautiful was on the Today Show.  I truly believe what she is doing is quite amazing and I had to share it w/all of my lovely followers.

The Mission

The goal of the Operation Beautiful website is to end negative self-talk or “Fat Talk.”  If this little blog only does one productive thing, I hope it helps readers realize how truly toxic negative self-talk is  — it hurts you emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

She goes around writing positive things on post-its and leaves in places that others can find.  I truly think is a great thing to do because so many people in the world view themselves as negative.  Aw just reading the website is making me all fuzzy in side :o)
