My first food journal based off of pictures!!!!!

Breakfast:  brown sugar oatmeal (3pts) 1/2 of a banana (1pt)

Snacks:  Weight Watchers Chocolate Pretzel Blast (1 point)  I had one as a mid morning snack and a mid afternoon snack

Lunch:  Fruit cup (1pt), Turkey Wrap (I guesstimated the points 8pts), Baked Lays potatoes (2pts)

Dinner: Vegetables (1.5pts) and chicken (guessing 6pts)

Dessert:  Weight Watchers Chocolate and Brownie Ice Cream (2pts)

  1. I eat oatmeal regularly...but Im going to have to try the Banana's on top!
