I forgot to give you all my stats before I started the 30 day Shred......
These are from last Wednesday:
Weight: 213.8lbs
Waist: 42in
Hips: 47in
Thigh: 27in
Bust: 46in
Arms: 15in
Abd (pelvis): 43.5in
Day 2 is COMPLETED!
It was rough! The whole minute of jumping jacks always gets me. Though it is only day 2 I am already feeling the aches and pains of my muscles but its the good pain that you get when you had a good workout. Alot of friends/followers have told me that they are joining me on my 30 day challenge and I am LOVING IT!
SN: I have started this running program that incorporates inclines...... My thighs are killing me!!!!!
