Day 2 of my birthday challenge!!!!!!!!!
I met with my personal trainer for the first time today and lets just say I am already feeling it. Don't you love it when your body aches from a good workout?! Maybe its just me :o).
Yesterday as a staff we went out for lunch and went bowling and it was quite fun. I ordered a blackened tilapia sandwich and it was soooooooooooooooo good (and yes I ate bread yesterday, oh well lol). Then after work I did my weight lifting class and my body was feeling it all night long. I guess that was my punishment for not working out last week.
Man, I feel great that I am back into my routine now.
