So this week I have been so sluggish!!!! Ugh and you know why?! My monthly friend has come to visit me this week. Yesterday I had the worse case of the PMS Blues. I could not eat without it coming back up, I was dizzy, and just ugh all day. I did not do anything at all put lay in the bed.
With this I am not looking forward to my weigh in on Thursday....... I mean I am trying to get back into my regular routine but its hard with the PMS blues. Any ladies out there that can feel my pain?! How do you push through it and stay on track with your fitness and your eating?
